Abstract
Retrospektivnom analizom u 59 bolesnika s HVBS-om, hospitaliziranih u Klinici za infektivne bolesti „Dr. Fran Mihaljević“ tijekom 2017. godine definirano je značenje sestrinske kategorizacije u praćenju i evaluaciji bolesnika s HVBS-om po prijemu i otpustu, uspoređena je kategorizacija bolesnika prema sestrinskoj i liječničkoj bodovnoj skali. Od 59 bolesnika uključenih u ovu studiju, 76% bolesnika su bili muškarci a 24% bile su žene, najveći broj bolesnika je bio u dobnoj skupini od 20-55 godina, 93% bolesnika bilo je inficirano PUUV, a preostali postotak se odnosi na DOBV i križne reakcije na oba virusa. Sestrinska i liječnička kategorizacija u najvećem se dijelu podudaraju, ali nešto veći postotak bolesnika u liječničkoj kategorizaciji ulazi u skupinu bolesnika sa srednje teškim oblikom bolesti. Oko 2/3 bolesnika pri prijemu u bolnicu je prema sestrinskoj kategorizaciji svrstano u prvu kategoriju zdravstvene njege.
Abstract (english)
In retrospective analysis in 59 patients with HFRS, hospitalized in 2017. at the University Hospital for Infectious Diseases "Dr. Fran Mihaljević", the significance of nursing categorization in the monitoring and evaluation of patients with HFRS upon admission and discharge was defined. The categorization of patients according to the nursing and clinical score scale were compared. Of the 59 patients included in this study, 76% of patients were men and 24% were women, the largest number of patients was in the age group 20-55 years, 93% of the patients were infected with PUUV, and the remaining percentage refers to DOBV infection and cross reactions on both viruses. Nursing and clinical categorization largely coincide, but a slightly higher percentage of patients in clinical categorization enters a group of patients with moderately severe disease. Approximately 2/3 of hospitalized patients were classified into the first category of health care according to nursing categorization.
