Abstract
U radu se analizira austrougarski vojni pohod na Srbiju 1914. godine. Detaljno su prikazane vojske Austro-Ugarske i Srbije, odnosno njihov ustroj, opremljenost i obuka. Obrađeni su planovi suprotstavljenih strana, te tijek ratnih operacija. Ponuđen je nešto drugačiji pogled na austrougarsku vojsku uoči rata i njen neuspjeh protiv Srbije. Podaci su dobiveni iz objavljenih inozemnih izvora, mrežnih izvora, te domaće literature. U pogledu vojne terminologije kombinirani su strani i domaći termini uz zamjenu pojedinih danas rjeđe upotrebljavanih (divizijun = bataljun).
Abstract (english)
This thesis is analyzing Austro-Hungarian military campaign against Serbia 1914. It contains detailed overview of Austro-Hungarian and Serbian armies, their structure, equipment and training. It also presents opposing sides war plans and timeline of military operations. The thesis offers somewhat different view on Austro-Hungarian military before the war, and its failure in Serbian campaign. Data was obtained from foreign published sources, network and domestic sources Military terminology combines foreign and domestic with replacing some rarely used (division = battalion).
