Abstract Orijentacija zaposlenika unutar poduzeća jako je važan proces koji se provodi s novozaposlenima u svakom poduzeću jer je čovjek, odnosno zaposlenik, ključ uspijeha poslovanja i samo dobro orijentiran zaposlenik može kvalitetno obavljati svoje radne zadatke koji doprinose ostvarenju zadanog cilja poduzeća u kojem je zaposlen. Za orijentaciju je zadužen odjel menadžmenta ljudskih potencijala koji se smatra jedinim od najvažnijih odjela u svakom poduzeću i to potpuno opravdano jer se brine o onom najvažnijem, zaposlenicima. Pod menadžmentom ljudskih potencijala se podrazumijevaju ukupna znanja, vještine, sposobnosti i kreativne mogućnosti, kao i motivacija i odanost kojom raspolaže neka organizacija ili društvo. Orijentaciju zaposlenika moraju shvatiti jako ozbiljno i taj proces dovesti do savršenstva. Novozaposlene se u poduzeće mora uvesti tako da se oni osjećaju dobrodošlo i ugodno, a ne samo kao radna snaga. Prve radne dane mora im se posvetiti potpuna pažnja. Treba ih se upoznati s poduzećem, nadređenima, radim kolegama, ciljevima poduzeća i njihovim radnim zadacima. U svemu tome veliku ulogu ima mentor kojeg odabire odjel menadžmenta ljudskih potencijala. Mentor je stručna osoba s iskustvom koja pomaže manje iskusnom kolegi u daljnjem razvoju kompetencija, vodeći ga prema usavršavanju vještina koje su kod samog mentora već razvijene. Važno je kvalitetno obučiti zaposlenika za posao koji će obavaljati. Način, kao i vrstu obuke, također određuje odjel menadžmenta ljudskih potencijala nakon procjene novozaposlenog. Način obuke bi u svakom poduzeću morao biti unaprijed definiran za svako radno mjesto posebno, iako to u puno slučajeva baš nije tako. Sve navedeno najbolje se može ogledati na očitim primjerima iz prakse. U ovom slučaju su to hotelski kompleks „Dubrovnik Riviera Hoteli“ i putnička agencija „Gulliver travel“ kroz koje vidimo da menadžment ljudskih potencijala ima jednako važnu ulogu u savkom poduzeću no isto tako da svako poduzeće ima neki svoj način rada i obuke. Poduzeće „Dubrovnik Riviera Hoteli“ još nema potpuno razrađen način obuke novozaposlenih, što će se promijeniti njihovim ulaskom u grupaciju Marriott, dok je u Gulliver travel-u situacija nešto jasnija.
Abstract (english) Orientation of employees in the company is a very important process that is proceed with the new employees in each company, the employee is the key of the success of the whole company and only a well-oriented employee can perform quality work that contributes to the task of the company in which he is employed. Orientation is the responsibility of the human resources department, which is important because it takes care about something most importan, people. Human resources means the total knowledge, skills, abilities and creative opportunities, as well as the motivation and loyalty that an organization or society has. Employee orientation should be taken very seriously and this process should be perfect organized. Newcomers to the company need to feel welcomed and comfortable, not just as a workforce. The first days on the new job needs to be fully orientated to new employee. They should be introduced to company, superiors, colleagues, and their future work responsibilities. In all of this, the most important job has his mentor. He has been chosen by the human resources department. A mentor is an expert with experience who helps less experienced colleagues in further developing om the company, leading him / her to perfecting skills already developed by the mentor himself / herself. Importantly, he trained employees for the work they will do.
Type od orientation and education of the employee is also determined by the human resources department. The method of education of new employees in each company had to be defined in advance for each job separately, although in most cases this is not the situation companies can be proud of. Everything explained can the best be seen in an obvious example of companies. In this case, the Dubrovnik Riviera Hotels and the Gulliver travel agency, there we can see that human resources department plays an equally important role in every business. The Dubrovnik Riviera Hotels company has not fully worked out how to train new employees yet , which will change with the entry into the Marriott group, while the situation is a little bit clearlyer in Gulliver travel agency.
