Abstract
Poslovne strategije hotelskih poduzeća predstavljaju sposobnost određivanja temeljnih ciljeva samog poduzeća. U radu se govori o poslovnim strategijama kao pojmu i samom značaju strategijskog upravljanja u hotelskim poduzećima. Definirane su faze životnog ciklusa hotelskog proizvoda, te primjena modela generičkih strategija na izbor poslovnih strategija u hotelijerstvu koje se provode kroz strategije diferencijacije, vođenja troškova i fokusiranja.
Abstract (english)
Business strategies of the hotel companies represent the ability to determine the basic goals of the company itself. The paper discusses business strategies as a concept and the very importance of the strategic management in the hotel companies. The phases of the hotel product life cycle are defined as well as the application of generic strategy models when it comes to the selection of business strategies in the hotel industry, which are implemented through strategies of differentiation, cost management and focus.
