Abstract
U današnje vrijeme, vrlo je bitno odabrati što efikasniju i jednostavniju metodu procjene vrijednosti poduzeća. Često je nužno izračunati ukupnu vrijednost poduzeća bilo da se radi o kupnji ili prodaji poduzeća, tako da su i sami vlasnici zainteresirani za interno utvrđivanje vrijednosti poduzeća kao pretpostavku utvrđivanja ekonomskog položaja i financijske uspješnosti poslovanja poduzeća. S obzirom da točnost procjene ovisi o velikom broju čimbenika na koje treba obratiti pozornost prilikom izvođenja procjene, to je razvijen veći broj metoda za procjenu vrijednosti poduzeća u svrhu određivanja njegove stvarne vrijednosti. Teško je stoga reći koja je metoda procjene bolja jer svaka od njih ima svoje prednosti i nedostatke. Prezentirani stavovi i problematika utemeljeni su na saznanjima iz domaće i inozemne literature i dugogodišnjih iskustava znanstvenika, te mnogih primjera iz prakse.
Abstract (english)
Today, it is very important to choose the most efficient and simple method of firm valuation. It is often neccessary to calculate the total firm valuation, no matter if it's about buying or selling the company, so even the owners are interested in internal determination of firm valuation as assumption of determing the economical position and financial success of company management. Considering that accuracy of valuation depends on large number of factors to which should be paid attention while executing the valuation, there is larger number of firm valuation methods for determing its true value. Therefore, its hard to say which method is better because each one of them has its strenghts and weaknesses. Presented opinions and problems are built on knowledge of both domestic and foreign literature and long-term experiences of scientists, and many practical examples.
