Abstract
Brojne prednosti dizelskih motora utjecali su na njihovu veliku primjenu na brodovima. Međutim, kod brodskih dizelskih motora, od ukupno dovedene topline u cilindar motora, u efektivni rad se pretvara od 38 do 54%, a sve ostalo su toplinski gubici. Otpadna toplina brodskih motora može se iskoristiti, pa je upravo iskorištavanje otpadne topline brodskih motora tema ovog rada. Nakon toplinske bilance motora, prikazani su načini iskorištavanja otpadne topline, i to pomoću utilizacijskih kotlova na ispušne plinove, toplovodnih kotlova za proizvodnju pare ili tople vode, vatro-vodocijevnih kotlova i vezanih kotlova. U zaključku je dan kritički osvrt obrađene problematike.
Abstract (english)
Numerous advantages of diesel engines have influenced the great application of diesel engines on ships. However, in marine diesel engines, 38 to 54% of the total heat supplied to the engine cylinder is converted into effective operation, and everything else is heat loss. Waste heat from marine engines can be used and how the use of waste heat from marine engines is the topic of this paper will be presented below. After the heat balance of the engine, the ways of utilizing waste heat are presented, using utilization boilers for exhaust gases, hot water boilers for the production of steam or hot water, fire-water boilers and connected boilers. In the conclusion, a critical review of the processed issues is given.
