Abstract
Anoreksija i bulimija nervoza spadaju u poremećaje prehrane i njihova pojavnost je najčešća u adolescentnoj dobi. Kroz pregled literature u radu će biti prikazana istraživanja, smjernice i strategije u sestrinskoj skrbi i liječenju adolescenata koji se suočavaju s anoreksijom i bulimijom nervozom. Anoreksija i bulimija nervoza su ozbiljni poremećaji u prehrani koji često pogađaju mlade ljude, posebno djevojke. U radu se naglašava važnost podrške, razumijevanja i praktične pomoći koju medicinska sestra ili bliska osoba može prušiti adolescentima u procesu oporavka od poremećaja prehrane. Fokusirajući se na ulogu medicinske sestre kao mentora i saveznika, istražuje se kako sestrinska podrška može doprinijeti poboljšanju kvalitete života adolescenata oboljelih od anoreksije i bulimije nervoze te u procesu ozdravljenja i prevladavanja izazova povezanih s njihovim poremećajima prehrane.
Abstract (english)
Anorexia and bulimia nervous are disorders of the diet and are most common in adolescence. Through literature review, the paper will present research, guidelines and strategies in nursing care and treatment of adolescents who are experiencing anorexia and bulimia nervousness. Anorexia and bulimia nervousness are serious eating disorders that often affect young people, especially girls. The paper emphasizes the importance of support, understanding and practical assistance that a nurse or a close person can provide to adolescents in the process of recovery from eating disorders. Focusing on the role of nurses as mentors and allies, it is explored how nursing support can contribute to improving the quality of life of adolescents with anorexia and bulimia nerves, and in the process of healing and overcoming the challenges associated with their eating disorders.
