Abstract
Ovaj se diplomski rad temelji na izradi strategije odnosa s javnošću za tvrtku PIK Vrbovec plus d.o.o. Unatoč postojećoj kontinuiranoj komunikaciji s dionicima, prepoznata je potreba za formalnom strategijom odnosa s javnošću. Rad započinje pregledom teorije odnosa s javnošću i strategije komuniciranja kako bi se steklo temeljno razumijevanje koncepta. Nakon teorijskog pregleda, rad predstavlja predloženu strategiju koja proizlazi iz definiranih ciljeva, ključnih poruka i analize trenutne situacije kompanije. Osim toga, rad obuhvaća i plan krizne komunikacije kako bi se osiguralo učinkovito reagiranje u slučaju potencijalnih kriznih situacija. Ovaj rad pruža cjelovit i strukturiran pristup razvoju strategije odnosa s javnošću za PIK Vrbovec plus d.o.o. kako bi se poboljšala komunikacija s ključnim dionicima i osigurala pozitivna percepcija tvrtke na tržištu.
Abstract (english)
This thesis is based on the creation of a public relations strategy for the company PIK Vrbovec plus d.o.o. Despite existing continuous communication with stakeholders, the need for a formal public relations strategy was recognized. The paper begins with an overview of public relations theory and communication strategy in order to gain a basic understanding of the concept. After the theoretical review, the paper presents a proposed strategy that results from the defined goals, key messages and analysis of the company's current situation. In addition, the work includes a crisis communication plan to ensure effective response in case of potential crisis situations. This paper provides a comprehensive and structured approach to the development of a public relations strategy for PIK Vrbovec plus d.o.o. in order to improve communication with key stakeholders and ensure a positive perception of the company in the market.
