Abstract Moderne organizacije, za razliku od onih prošlog stoljeća čije se poslovanje fokusiralo na prilagodbi okoline vlastitim zahtjevima, posluju u turbulentnoj okolini koja pred njihovo poslovanje stavlja različite izazove zahtijevajući od organizacije da svoje poslovanje prilagodi upravo njima. Ignoriranje ovih zahtjeva svaku organizaciju dovest će do neuspješnog poslovanja što će se najviše očitovati gubitkom konkurentske prednosti i „brisanjem“ s industrijskog tržišta što se može dovesti u korelaciju s padom profitabilnosti organizacije. U skladu s navedenim, vidljivo je da najveći utjecaj na poslovanje svake organizacije, bez obzira na njezinu veličinu, imaju dimenzije okoline, u manjoj mjeri dimenzije opće (socijalne), u većoj mjeri dimenzije poslovne i unutarnje.
Svaka organizacija uspješno će poslovati pod uvjetom da „drži oči otvorene“ i svakodnevno promatra što se zbiva u njenoj okolini i na taj način korigira svoje poslovanje što će uspjeti pomoću utilizacije svih elemenata procesa strateškog upravljanja. Vidljivo je da je korelacija između okoline, strateškog upravljanja i stakeholder-a više nego očigledna. Strateško upravljanje i pripadajući procesi mogu se smatrati kao spona između okoline i organizacije, a njihovim efikasnim balansiranjem od strane strateških menadžera može se ostvariti i povećati uspješnost poslovanja organizacije što će imati pozitivan učinak na sve zainteresirane subjekte organizacije.
Najvažniji alat strateškog upravljanja jest formulacija i implementacija strategije. Formulacija strategije najviše ovisi od postavljenim ciljevima i okolini organizacije, a ona neće biti uspješna ako nije implementirana na pravi način.
Prema tome, svakodnevne analize okoline i efikasno strateško upravljanje temeljna su odrednica uspješnosti svake organizacije što će se manifestirati kroz stvaranje održive konkurentske prednosti, povećanja tržišnog udjela, rasta profitabilnosti i zadovoljstva svih uključenih stakeholder-a počevši od zaposlenika pa do dioničara.
Abstract (english) Modern organizations are operating in turbulent environment facing different challenges in their business, which require adaption of their business according to those challenges.
Ignoring these requirements will lead to unsuccessful business operations manifesting in losing competitive advantage and "deleting" companies from the industrial market which is in correlation with low profitability. According to that, it is evident that the greatest impacts on operations of each organization, regardless of its size, have dimensions of the environment, to a lesser extent it is general dimension (social), and to a greater extent are business and internal dimensions.
Each organization will be successful in business if it "keeps the eyes open" and observes what is happening in its environment and accordingly correct its business by utilization of all elements of strategic management process. It is evident that correlation between the environment, strategic management and stakeholder is more than obvious. Strategic management and related processes can be considered as a link between the environment and the organization, and their effective balance can achieve and increase the organization's performance, which will have a positive impact on all interested parties.
The most important tool of strategic management is formulation and implementation of the strategy. Strategy formulation mostly depends on default goals and organization environment, and it will not be successful if it is not implemented correctly.
Accordingly, daily environmental analysis and efficient strategic management are the cornerstone of success of each organization, which may be manifested through the creation of sustainable competitive advantage, increased market share, profitability growth and the satisfaction of all involved stakeholders starting from employees to shareholders.
