Abstract
Banke danas nude širok spektar usluga koje mogu obaviti putem Interneta. Razvoj svjetskih bankarskih usluga posljednjih nekoliko godina pokazuje dominantnu težnju da se klijentu pruži usluga u svakom trenutku ,bez obzira gdje se on nalazi. Današnji klijenti banaka trebaju i žele brz,diskretan,siguran,točan,jednostavan,ali i jeftiniji pristup u raspolaganju svojim sredstvima. Internet bankarstvo je idealno rješenje za te zahtjeve
Abstract (english)
Today banks offer wide spectrum of services that canbe done over the internet. The development of world banking services in the last few years shows dominant theory that for a client to provide service in any moment, no matter where he is. Todays bank clients need and want fast, discreet, safe, accurate, simple but also cheaper access to their resources. Internet banking is an ideal solution for those requirements.
