Abstract Razvoj odnosa s javnošću pokazao je naĉine i mogućnosti od govornika, preko knjiga, medija pa sve do modernih alata i komunikacije putem interneta. Danas je sve veća potreba za kvalitetom, a same nijanse postaju elementi koji se razlikuju izmeĊu pojedinih hotela i grupacija što u konaĉnici dovodi do faktora odluĉivanja i izbora hotela.
Kvalitetna komunikacija je integralni dio kvalitete svake organizacije i temelj uspješnosti poslovanja hotela. Specifiĉnost hotelskog poslovanja stavlja komunikaciju na izuzetno mjesto u odreĊivanju kvalitete odreĊenog hotela i grupacije. Velike kompanije koje se odlikuju izvrsnošću i pruţaju ureĊenje vrhunskih dizajnera, polaţu veliku paţnju na komunikaciju na svim razinama, te polaţu veliku paţnju u ulaganje i moderniziranje interijera svakih 7-10 godina. Isto tako kontinuirano godišnje ulaţu u izobrazbu kadrova s ciljem povećanja komunikacijskih vještina.
U ovom radu je provedeno istraţivanje kako funkcioniraju odjeli odnosa s javnošću u osam hotela na podruĉju grada Splita, te kako komuniciraju s javnostima putem interneta. Analizirane su web stranice, Facebook i YouTube u: Hotel Lux Split, Hotel Park, Hotel Art, Hotel Ora Split, Hotel Baletna škola, Hotel San Antonio, Hotel Radisson Blue i Hotel Dujam.
Rezultati istraţivanja su pokazali da su svi hoteli aktivni na internetu ali ne dovoljno niti redovito. Web stranice su modernog dizajna, pregledne is mnogo informacija, fotografija i izbornika. Većina ih ima ĉetiri do šest vrsta jezika koji se mogu izabrati. Djelomiĉno koriste prednosti takve komunikacije, pa je tako na Facebooku i YouTube najaktivniji hotel Radisson Blue.
Abstract (english) Public relations development has demonstrated the ways and possibilities of speakers, books, media, modern tools and Internet communication. Today, there is an increasing need for quality, and the shades itself become elements that differ between individual hotels and groups, which ultimately leads to decision-making and hotel choice.
Quality communication is an integral part of the quality of each organisation and the foundation oft he hotel's business success. The specificity oft he hotel business puts communication ina n exceptional position in determining the quality of a particular hotel and group. Great companies that are distinguished by excellence and provide top designers design, pay close attention to communication at all levels, and pay close attention to investment and modernization of the interior every 7-10 years. Likewise, yearly they invest in in training staff with the aim of increasing communication skills.
This paper explores how public relations departments operate in eight hotels in the Split area and how they communicate with the public through the Internet. The web pages, Facebook and Youtube are analyzed in: Hotel Lux Split, Hotel Park, Hotel Art, Hotel Ora Split, Hotel Ballet School, Hotel San Antonio, Hotel Raddisson Blue and Hotel Dujam.
The results of research have shown that all hotels are active on the Internet but not enough and regularly. Websites are a modern design, a great deal of information, photos and menus. Most of them have four to six types of languages that can be chosen. Partly use the benefits of such communication, so on Facebook and Youtube the most active Hotel Radisson Blue.
