Abstract
Eksterna revizija te interna kontrola važni su mehanizmi korporativnog upravljanja koji mogu značajno podići kvalitetu poslovanja poduzeća. Cilj eksterne revizije je procijeniti istinitost i objektivnost u prezentiranju informacija u financijskim izvještajima kako bi se povećala vjerodostojnost i pouzdanost informacija koje daju financijski izvještaji. Interne kontrole uspostavlja uprava i menadžment poduzeća te su sastavni dio vođenja i upravljanja rizicima. Ujedno su i izravno povezane s ciljevima poduzeća. Razlikuju se izvršna, informacijsko-računovodstvena i upravljačka kontrola. Komponente kontrole su okruženje kontrola, procjena rizika, kontrolne aktivnosti, informacije i komuniciranje te monitoring. Na primjeru poduzeća Medika d.d. prikazat će se analiza internih kontrola i eksterne revizije.
Abstract (english)
External audit and internal control are important mechanisms of corporate governance that can significantly increase the quality of the company's business. The objective of an external audit is to assess the truth and objectivity in presenting information in the financial statements in order to increase the credibility and reliability of the information provided by the financial statements. Internal controls are established by company management and are an integral part of risk management and management. They are also directly related to the goals of the company. Executive, information-accounting and managerial controls are distinguished. Control components include control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring. On the example of the company Medika d.d. an analysis of internal controls and external audits will be presented.
