Abstract Kroz ovaj diplomski rad nastojalo se ukazati na važnost integriranja poslovne etike u
poslovanje poduzeća u današnjem poslovnom svijetu. Poslovna etika ne predstavlja, po
mišljenju mnogih, trošak za poduzeće već glavni faktor uspješnog i održivog budućeg rast
a i razvoja poduzeća.
Činjenica je kako danas profit ne predstavlja jedini razlog poslovanja poduzeća, već je
cjelokupno djelovanje usmjereno na postizanje konkurentske prednosti na tržištu. Mnoga
svjetska poduzeća su prepoznala važnost integriranja poslovne etike u svoje poslovanje.
Nažalost na tržištu Republike Hrvatske stanje je ipak malo drukčije. Naime, iako sve veći
broj velikih poduzeća shvaća važnost uvođenja poslovne etike te etičkih načela,
vrijednosti i standarda na kojima će temeljiti svoje poslovanje, još uvijek među malim i
srednjim poduzećima postoji sumnja i strah od uvođenja poslovne etike u poslovanje.
U ovom diplomskom radu prikazani su i primjeri dobre prakse koji mogu poslužiti ostalima
kako je pravilo i etično poslovati u 21. stoljeću, vodeći brigu o svojim zaposlenicima,
poslovnim partnerima i investitorima te prije sve vodeći brigu o zaštiti okoliša i zajednici
u kojoj poduzeća datiraju. Kao primjere dobre prakse navela bih poduzeća, INA d.d.,
Hrvatska Lutrija d.d., M SAN grupa, Zagrebačka banka te Coca Cola HBC Kao
promatrano poduzeće odabrala sam Coca-Cola, HBC, Hrvatska, koje već 10 godinu za
redom je dobilo certfikat Poslodavac partner, što ukazuje na odgovornost prema
zaposlenicima, poslovnima partnerima, no ne treba zanemariti njihovu odgovornost
prema okoliši u zajednici u kojoj datiraju.
Abstract (english) Through this thesis I tried to emphasize the importance of integrating business ethics in
companies. Many companies believe that business ethics only creates the cost and they
are not aware that a business ethics is most important factor of a successful and
sustainable future growth and development of enterprises.
The fact is that today a profit is not the only reason of business. Today's business is
focused on achieving a competitive advantage in the market. Many global companies
have recognized the importance of integrating business ethics in their business.
Unfortunately the Croatian market situation is a little different. Although an increasing
number of large companies realize the importance of introducing business ethics and
ethical principles, values and standards upon which to base your business, still among
SMEs there is suspicion and fear of introducing business ethics in business.
In this thesis I was presented and examples of good practice that can serve others as a
rule and ethical business in the 21st century. They are taking care of their employees,
business partners and investors, and before all taking care of the environment and the
communities in which the company´s operate. As examples of good practice I identified
these companies: INA d.d. , Hrvatska lutrija d.d., M SAN Group and Zagrebačka banka.
As observed company I chose Coca-Cola HBC, Croatia, which indicates a responsibility
to employees, business partners, but we should not neglect their responsibility towards
the environment and the community in which dating.
