Abstract U današnje vrijeme brzih promjena, turbulentnih odnosa kako privatnih tako poslovnih, većina pojedinaca se nastoji nositi sa stresom. Stres je posljedica velike količine posla s kojim se suočavaju na svom radnom mjestu, sve većih vremenskih pritisaka i ograničenja vremena za ispunjenje svojih radnih zadataka od strane poslodavaca, i sl. Osim navedenog mnogi pojedinci su suočeni s činjenicom ukoliko ne stignu ispunjavati svoje radne zadatke koji prelaze sve normalne uvijete rada jednog zaposlenika, a prvenstveno čovjeka kao takvog, trpe mnoge uvrijede, vrijeđanja, ignoriranja te ostale radnje koje se odnose na uništavanje ugleda zaposlenika u jednoj organizacijskoj sredini. Naime, danas stres predstavlja jedan od glavnih okidača zlostavljanja na poslu i ono najgore je što zlostavljanje bilo psihološko ili seksualno na radnom mjestu je sve učestalije pa tako i u Republici Hrvatskoj. Upravo takvo zlostavljanje danas je poznato pod nazivom mobing. Potrebno je istaknuti kako mobing sa sobom povlači štetne posljedice kako za žrtvu i njezinu psihološko i zdravstveno stanje tako i za samo organizaciju u kojoj se događa, ali isto tako i okolinu u kojoj organizacija djeluje. Nažalost, iako je mobing sve učestaliji fenomen u organizacijama, još uvijek ne postoje ozbiljna znanstvena i stručna razmatranja i posvećenost institucija kao i pojedinca u prevenciji, sprječavanju i prije svega širenju svijesti o štetnosti mobinga za društvo u cjelini.
Abstract (english) Nowadays, most individuals are striving to cope with stress. Stress is the result of a large amount of work they face at work, increasing time pressures and constraints of time for fulfillment of their jobs by employers, etc.
In addition, many individuals are faced with the fact if they do not get to fulfill his tasks which exceed all normal working conditions of an employee, they suffer insult, ignoring, and other actions relating to the destruction of the reputation of the employees in an organization environment. In fact, today, stress is a major trigger of abuse on the job and the worst thing is that the psychological or sexual abuse in the workplace is increasingly common in Croatia.
Precisely such abuse today is known as mobbing. It should be noted that mobbing entails harmful consequences for the victim and her psychological and medical condition, organization which is going on, but also the environment in which the organization operates. Unfortunately, although mobbing increasingly common phenomenon in organizations, there is still no serious scientific and technical considerations and commitment of institutions and individuals in the prevention, prevention and above spreading awareness of the damaging effects of mobbing for society.
