Abstract
U ovom radu opisan je proces izrade prototipa preklopne pile upravljanje PLC-om, njezini mehanički i elektronički dijelovi te materijali i komponente koji su korišteni za izradu kao i njihove dimenzije. Električni dio obuhvaća releje, mikroprekidače, optički senzor, električne sheme i izradu tiskane pločice te izmjenične i istosmjerne motore kao izvršne članove. Automatizacija, odnosno samo upravljanje vrši se PLC uređajem, isprogramiranim u svrhu projekta te je njegov programski kod priložen u dokumentaciju i detaljno opisan. Unos veličina potrebnih za rad stroja vrši se putem HMI sučelja. Također, prilikom rada prototipa vršena su mjerenja strujnih i vremenskih veličina. Na kraju su navedene manjkavosti i eventualna poboljšanja.
Abstract (english)
This project describes proces of construction of PLC controlled prototype cut off saw, its mechanical and electronical parts as well as materials and components and their dimensions. Electrical part consists of relays, microswitches, optical sensors, electrical schemes and construction of printed circuit board and AC and DC motors as controlled devices. A PLC device is used for controlling, programed for this project and its program code is added in documentation and described in details. Also, measurements of time values were made during prototype operation. Input of values needed for prototype operation is done through human-machine interface. In the end are stated flaws and eventual upgrades of the machine
