Abstract
Odluka o stambenom pitanju bitna je stavka u našem životu. Uskladiti želje i mogućnosti nije nimalo jednostavno. Nakon što smo moja supruga i ja došli u situaciju da rješavamo stambeno pitanje, došli smo do niza nedoumica vezanih za to. S obzirom na današnja moderna tehnološka rješenja vrlo smo se teško odlučili što je najpametnije napraviti i što se može izgraditi s obzirom na naše mogućnosti. Nakon što smo proveli dosta vremena u razmišljanju i proučavanju, sasvim slučajno smo došli u kontakt s timom koji se bavi izgradnjom drvenih stambenih kuća. Ubrzo nam se počela sve više i više sviđati takva ideja i takva vrsta gradnje, te smo odlučili da je to pravo rješenje za nas. Kao i kod svake odluke o građenju stambenog objekta prvo se trebala odabrati parcela, zatim se trebalo informirati o mogućnostima gradnje, vlasničkim odnosima, točnim dimenzijama parcele i o dozvoljenoj izgrađenosti. Trebala se provjeriti vrsta tla, utjecaj podzemnih voda, opasnost od klizišta i sl.
Abstract (english)
The decision on the housing issue is an essential part of our life. Matching wishes and opportunities is not easy. After my wife and I came to the situation to solve the housing issue, we have come up with a series of doubts about it. Considering today's modern technology solutions, we have made very hard decisions on what is best to do and what can be built with regard to our capabilities. After spending a lot of time thinking and studying, we accidentally came into contact with a team dealing with the construction of wooden houses. We soon became more and more interested in such an idea and kind of construction, and we decided that this was the right solution for us. As with any decision on the construction of a dwelling, firstly the parcels should be selected, then information on the possibilities of construction, ownership relations, exact dimensions of the parcel and the permitted construction should be given. It was necessary to check the type of soil, the impact of groundwater, the risk of landslides, etc.
