Abstract
U radu je predstavljeno mjesto i uloga TPM – a u strojarskoj proizvodnji i održavanju. Obuhvaćene su i opisane neke od metoda i alata lean metodologije na primjer: SMED (Single minute exchange of dies), TPM (Total Productive Maintenence), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), 5S… Istaknute su prednosti, benefiti, nedostaci, potrebne metode izračunavanja pojedinih lean alata, te je povezano primjerima uzroka i posljedica i praktičnim primjerima ili dijagramima.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the place and role of TPM in mechanical production and maintenance. Some of the methods and tools of the lean methodology are described, for example: Single minute exchange of dies (SMED), Total Productive Maintenence (TPM), Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), 5S... It contains advantages, benefits, deficiencies, calculation methods of some of the lean tools. Everything is linked to examples of causes and consequences and practical examples or diagrams.
