Abstract
U posljednjih dvadesetak godina kontroling je najčešće obrađivana tema u sklopu poslovne ekonomije. Nastoji se ostvariti uvođenje kontrolinga u što više poduzeća kako bi se poboljšao rad poduzeća. Ostvarivanje poslovnog uspjeha je cilj svake organizacije. Kako bi menadžment uspješno vodio organizaciju, potrebno mu je osigurati korisne informacije na temelju kojih se bi ostvarilo efikasno upravljanje. Odgovornost menadžmenta za uspjeh poduzeća sve više stvara teret vodećim ljudima zbog čega je posljednjih tridesetak godina u brojnim poduzećima koji su razvijene tržišne privrede uvodi kontroling kako bi se rasteretio poslovodstvo u procesu definiranja ciljeva, planiranja, kontrole, informiranja, organizacije i upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima. Kontroling i menadžment imaju iste ciljeve ali do njih dolaze različitim instrumentima.
Abstract (english)
In the last twenty years controlling is usually pursued the topic within business economics. Aims to be achieved by the introduction of controlling in which more businesses to improve performance of the company. Achieving business success is the goal of every organization. How would the management successfully led the Organization, he needs to provide useful information on the basis of which it would achieve efficient management. Management responsibility for the success of the company all the more it creates burden leading to people which is why the last thirty years in a number of companies that have developed market economy introduces controlling to management in the process of defining a load off my mind objectives, planning, control, information, organization and human resources management. Controlling and management have the same goals but by different instruments.
