Abstract
Poslovna je kriza neplanirano i neželjeno razdoblje u poslovanju poduzeća ograničenog trajanja s različitim ishodima. Kontroling je stručna podrška menadžmentu koji, istraživanjem zadataka, instrumenata i informacijskog tijeka kontrolinga, mogu otkriti pripremljenost poduzeća na krizu. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju kako su poduzeća u Hrvatskoj dominantno usmjerena na informacije iz prošlosti i unutrašnjosti poduzeća, dominiraju zadaci i instrumenti operativnog upravljanja, te su stoga poduzeća više pripremljena na operativnu, a manje na stratešku krizu. Zbog toga koriste instrumente operativnog, a ne strateškog kriznog menadžmenta. Rezultati pokazuju kako poduća koriste instrumente operativnog, no ne i strateškog kriznog menadžmenta.
Abstract (english)
The business is a crisis of unplanned and unwanted period in the company's business operations of limited duration with a variety of outcomes. Controlling is the professional support to management who, research tasks, instruments and information workflow controlling, can reveal the preparedness of the company at the crisis. The results of the research show that enterprises in Croatia are predominantly focused on the information from the past and the Interior is dominated by companies, tasks and instruments of governance, and are therefore more companies prepared on an operative, and less on the the strategic crisis. Therefore, use of instruments, and not a strategic crisis management. The results show how service is available using the operating instruments, but not the strategic crisis management.
