Abstract
U završnom radu analiziran je problem izloženosti radnika različitim opasnostima tijekom rada na strojevima za obradu odvajanjem čestica, te smanjivanje opasnosti pomoću zaštitnih naprava. Najveću opasnost predstavlja upadanje sitnih čestica metalne strugotine u radnikovo oko, pri čemu može doći do teške ozljede, pa čak i gubitka vida. Ostale opasnosti slične su opasnostima prilikom rada na drugim strojevima, a to su opasnost od zahvaćanja odjeće ili dijelova tijela rotirajućim i drugim pokretnim dijelovima strojeva, opasnost od električne struje, buka i vibracija i druge opasnosti.Ovaj završi rad prikazuje vrste zaštitnih naprava, kao što su blokirne, automatske ili nepomične zaštitne naprave,na različitim postupcima obrade odvajanjem čestica,koje značajno smanjuju opasnost od ozljede radnika.
Abstract (english)
In this assingment is analized the problem of exposure of the worker to different dangers during their work on cutting tool machines, and reducing the dangers with the help of protective devices. The biggest danger present the flying metal particles that can fall into workers eye, which can cause serious injuries and even the loss of eyesight. The other dangers are similar like the dangers on other machines such as the danger of catching clothes or part of workers body by rotating or other movable parts of the machine, the danger from electricity, noise, vibrations and other. This assingment shows the types of protective devices such as bloking, automatic and stationary protective devices on different cutting tool methods, which significantly reduce the possibility for workers to get injured.
