This final paper presents a performance plan for construction works. The draft performance plan covers work performance technology, pricing analysis, scheme of the construction site and timeline of works. The basis for this paper was the project technical documentation and the bill of quantities given to me by the contractor, the construction company "MeĎimurje PMP". I have described the technical part of the building, the size, the purpose, the materials, the location and the construction using the project technical documentation. In the technology of performing the works, the materials and the way of execution are described and the pictures of the individual works are attached to facilitate the visualization of the construction process. After the technology of the works I made a complete scheme of the construction site, which ensures optimal use of space and efficiency of construction. I made a scheme of the construction site in AutoCad, based on my own knowledge and on the time I spent on the construction site as a probationer. Then I made a price analysis based on the bill of quantities for all items. Below I have calculated the duration of each activity by days or months. Duration of activities are displayed visually using the MS Project program in the form of gantt chart. Based on the created gantt chart, the duration of the construction is foreseen in the period from 30 July 2018 to 1 March 2019, ie for 155 days.
