Abstract
U današnje doba od izuzetne je važnosti kvaliteta proizvoda te je postala ključni čimbenik konkurentnosti proizvoda. Potrošač bira proizvode i usluge koji najviše zadovoljavaju njegove potrebe. Nadzor kvalitete je postupak kojim se detaljno ispituje kvaliteta svih čimbenika u proizvodnji. U ovom radu će se opisati kontrola kvalitete u odabranom poduzeću i to kroz opis pojmova kvalitete, povijesni razvoj i u procesima tijeka proizvoda. Prikazat će se i opisati alati za poboljšanje u kontroli kvalitete. Opisat će se sastav lijekova i proizvodnja krutih, polukrutih i tekućih lijekova. Na primjeru odabranog poduzeća opisat će se postupci i pravila kontrole kvalitete, način rada u laboratoriju, postupak analize lijekova te postupci kod naručivanja materijala potrebnih za rad u laboratoriju.
Abstract (english)
Nowadays product quality has great importance and has become a key factor in product competitiveness. The consumer chooses the products and services that best meet his needs. Quality control is a procedure that thoroughly examines the quality of all factors in production. This paper will describe quality control in the selected company through a description of quality concepts, historical development and product flow processes. Quality control enhancement tools will be displayed and described. The composition of the drugs and the production of solid, semi-solid and liquid drugs will be described. On the example of the selected company the procedures and rules of quality control will be described, also the way of working in the laboratory, the procedure of drug analysis and the procedures for ordering materials needed for work in the laboratory.
