This final thesis describes designing and construction design of an automatic paintbrush intended for use with robots. The topic of the automotive paintbrushing production process and the role of robots in automatic systems are briefly discussed. Most of the work is based on practical application in manufacturing, with each step explained in detail and accompanied by pictures. The construction of the production line (guide) is made on the examples of automatic paintbrushes in practice with additional improvements using the CATIA V5 software tool. In order to improve the painting process (contributing to material savings and increase the quality of the painting process and the product itself), robot-assisted processing is introduced. The final thesis also shows the programming process in the ABB RobotStudio programming tool. It is based on an industrial ABB robot, model IRB1410 weighing approximately 225 kg and a working reach of 1.44 m. It is necessary to insert a 3D model of the robot into the ABB RobotStudio software tool and enter the robot position and other components such as the tool to be processed.
