Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisan je sustav upravljanja lancem opskrbe i uloga ERP sustava u upravljanju lancem opskrbe. U drugom poglavlju objašnjeni su temeljni pojmovi na kojima se i zasniva upravljanje lancima opskrbe i koji su utjecali na potrebu razvoja istog, a to su logistika, nabava te sam lanac opskrbe. U trećem poglavlju definirano je upravljanje lancem opskrbe, objašnjeni su elementi, aktivnosti i procesi ULO te implementacija. U četvrtom poglavlju objašnjeno je suvremeno upravljanje lancem opskrbe te utjecaj informacijske tehnologije na evaluaciju ULO. U petom i posljednjem poglavlju na primjeru poslovanja poduzeća Hanjes d.o.o. opisano je poslovanje poduzeća, organizacijska struktura, lanac opskrbe te kako ERP sustav utječe na poslovanje i što omogućuje poduzeću. Na kraju rada nalazi se zaključak.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis describes the supply chain management system and the role of the ERP system in supply chain management. The second chapter explains the underlying concepts on which the supply chain management is based and which have influenced on evaluation of SCM, namely logistics, supply chain and procurement. The third chapter defines the supply chain management, it also explains elements, activities and processes of SCM. The fourth chapter explains modern SCM systems and the impact of evaluation in information technology on SCM. The fifth and final chapters describes based on Hanjes Ltd. business operations, supply chain and how the ERP system affects supply chain management.
