Abstract
Tema rada je način sanacije vlage i problemi vode u objektu. Govori se o utjecaju vlage na građevinu, mjesta gdje ona ulazi u građevinu te kako ona putuje kroz elemente u koje je ušla. U radu se spominje kapilarna vlaga koja je česti problem kod građevina, opisani su problemi koje stvara te kako se sanira i sprječava. Govori se o vlazi u prostoru koja je jedan od čestih problema u prostorima te načini sprječavanja stvaranja kondenzacije. Sadrži način odvodnje vode dalje od objekta kako bi se on zaštitio. Sadržani su primjeri ulaska i sanacije vlage, na gradilištima koje sam posjetila. Opisano je i kako se izvodila drenaža kod pojedinih objekata pri izgradnji, da se zaštiti objekt od podzemnih voda i da ne dođe do štetnog djelovanja voda kasnije kad se radovi završe i kod korištenja građevine.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the paper is moisture remediation method and water problems in buildings. It describes the impact of moisture on a building, the places where it enters the building and how it moves through the elements once it enters. Capillary moisture, a common problem in buildings, is described along with the problems it creates and methods for its remediation and prevention. Indoor humidity, one of the common problems in rooms, and ways to prevent the formation of condensation is described. The paper includes a method to drain water away from the building in order to protect it. There are examples of moisture entry and remediation on the visited construction sites. It is also described how drainage was performed at individual facilities during construction, to protect the facility from groundwater and to avoid the harmful effects of water at later stages once the works are completed and the building is used.
