Istraživanje podrazumijeva percepciju i zadovoljstvo pacijenata načinom ophođenja i postupanja pružanjem potrebnih informacija, kao i procjenjivanje zadovoljstva korisnika dobivenom sestrinskom skrbi.
Abstract (english) In research in medical sociology, anttitudes about health, disease and health care are considered to be one of the factors that can influence health behavior.
Thea im of this pape ris to assess patient satisfaction with the work of nurses, improve the work of nurses and achieve quality communication. I was interested in how much patients were actually informed about their disease, how much they were encouraged by the procedures by the nurses. I will aldo present another separate study in which. I examined the attitudes of health professionls, nurses/medical technicians, how important they themselves consider the internal vocation for our profession, what they consider a shortcoming in our work, whether the patient is always at the center and explain to the patient the procedures performed in his vicinty. Survey of patient satisfaction and information was conducted through, a questionnaire, 170 responses were collected, most of which were in the range of 30-49 years. The introductory group of questions was related to the age and institution in which they resided, while the other questions related to the way nurses treated the patient, whether they understood all the instructions given to then. Respondents are statisfied with the level of information. The results show that respondents are informed about their health condition which means that the medical staff does their job well.
The second survey was also conducted through an anonymous questionnaire (01.03.2020.-01.04.2020.) 532 responses were collected. The research involves the perception and satisfaction of patients with the way they behave and act by providing the necessary information, as well as assessing the satisfaction of users with the received nursing care.
