Abstract Ovaj rad je pokazao da je u posljednje vrijeme umjetna inteligencija iznimno napredovala
te se iz tog razloga sve više koristi i u poslovne svrhe. Osnovni koncepti kao što su strojno
i duboko učenje te neuronske mreže koriste se i u poslovanju. Razlikuju se slaba i jaka
umjetna inteligencija. Slaba umjetna inteligencija uključuje samo simulaciju inteligencije
(npr. prepoznavanje govora) dok se kod jake umjetne inteligencije mogu pronaći
karakteristike ljudske inteligencije. Rad je pokazao da se umjetna inteligencija može
koristiti u brojnim područjima poslovanja. Ona se ponajviše koristi za detaljnu analizu i
analitiku temeljem kojem se potom donose poslovne odluke. Neki od najčešćih područja
i načina primjene u poslovanju su unapređenje odnosa s kupcima, poboljšanje
marketinških aktivnosti i prodaje, smanjenje poslovnih rizika te kreiranje i implementacija
sustava temeljenih na znanju. Također je utvrđeno da umjetna inteligencija posjeduje
svoje prednosti, ali i nedostatke. Ipak, razvojem umjetne inteligencije prednosti dolaze
sve više do izražaja. To su poboljšanje poslovnih performansi, uštede vremena i troškova,
inoviranje, itd. Od nedostataka valja izdvojiti probleme sa gubitkom radnih mjesta,
regulativom i etikom korištenja umjetne inteligencije. U mnogim državama, pa tako i u
Republici Hrvatskoj, u tijeku je tek rana faza implementacije sustava umjetne
inteligencije. Ipak, zakonodavnim i strateškim okvirom, situacija se može relativno brzo
poboljšati.
Abstract (english) This paper has shown that artificial intelligence has been extremely advanced lately, and
for this reason it is increasingly being used for business purposes. Basic concepts such as
machine and deep learning and neural networks are also used in business. Weak and strong
artificial intelligence differ. Weak artificial intelligence only involves the simulation of
intelligence (eg speech recognition), while strong artificial intelligence can have the
characteristics of human intelligence. The paper has shown that artificial intelligence can
be used in many areas of business. It is mainly used for in-depth analysis and analytics,
based on which business decisions are then made. Some of the most common areas and
uses in business are improving customer relationships, improving marketing activities and
sales, reducing business risks, and creating and implementing knowledge-based systems.
It has also been found that artificial intelligence has its advantages and disadvantages.
However, with the development of artificial intelligence, the benefits come to the fore.
These are improving business performance, saving time and cost, innovating, etc. The
disadvantages include the problems of job loss, regulation and ethics of using artificial
intelligence. In many countries, including the Republic of Croatia, only the early phase of
the implementation of the artificial intelligence system is underway. However, with the
legislative and strategic framework, the situation can be improved relatively quickly.
