društvenim mrežama putem Google obrasca, u razdoblju od 25. 05. 2021. do 29. 06. 2021. U
istraživanju je sudjelovalo 245 studenta sestrinstva i odgojiteljskog studija. Od toga je bilo 163
studenta sestrinstva i 82 studenta odgojiteljskog studija. U prvom dijelu upitnika su ispitane
sociodemografske karakteristike sudionika, kao i pitanje o razlici u vježbovnoj nastavi
(kliničke/metodičke vježbe, praksa) tijekom pandemije COVIDA – 19 u odnosu na vježbovnu
nastavu prije pandemije. U drugom dijelu upitnika ispitane su četiri vrste mentorske podrške
(psihološka i emocionalna potpora, podrška profesionalnom razvoju, podrška stjecanju
Studenti sestrinstva i odgojiteljskih
studija jednako procjenjuju podršku profesionalnom razvoju od strane mentora. Međutim, nije
dobivena statistički značajna razlika u percepciji studenata za sve oblike mentorske podrške
između redovitih studenata i izvanrednih studenata. Redoviti i izvanredni studenti jednako
procjenjuju psihološku i emocionalnu podršku mentora te podršku profesionalnom razvoju.
Dakle, redoviti studenti bolje procjenjuju podršku mentora u stjecanju profesionalnih znanja i
njegov razvoj u struci.
Abstract (english) INTRODUCTION AND GOAL: Mentroship is defined as the complex process between a
mentor and a mentee during a student's professional development. Mentor has really improtant
part in practice class teaching. Mentor is a person who with his councel and quality leadership is
guiding student to reaching his goal. The goal of this work was to investigate student perception
and students educational studies on Universitiy North about mentor support during study and
their approval of mentor support during Covid 19 pandemic.
WORK METHODS: Reasarch was made about nonstandard polls on social media by Google,
in duration from 25.05.2021. to 29.06.2021. In that investigation there were 245 students of
sistarhood and educational studies. From that 163 students of sistarhood and 82 students of
educational studies. In the first part of the question mark students were asked about social
demographic characteristics of those involved, as the question about difference in practice class
(clinic/methodic of practice ) durign pandemic of Covid 19 in relation with practice class before
pandemic. In second part of the question mark there were four tipes of mentor support
(psihological and emotional support, professional development support, gathering professional
knowlege and skills and professional model) acording to quoestion mark of G.Crisp from 2009 –
College Student Mentoring Scale (CSMS), third part of the question mark was aditional 11
particles which questioned mentoriship during pandemic Covid 19. Gathered dana was analysed
in SPSS 23 statistic program, and in empiric work part there are shown discriptive information
for cause, descriptive dana use din scales and subscales (arithmic parts with standard deviations,
wide of results and Cronbach alpha coeficient of inner scale reilability). Hipothesis were tested
with t-tests for independent causes. RESULTS: Acording to reasarch dana there was given statistic signifficant difference in
percepction of students for all forms of mentor support except subscale support of professional
development between students of sisterhood and educational studies. Students of sisterhood and
educational studies are equally evaluating support of professional development from mentor.
But, it was not given statisticly signifficant difference in student percepcion for all forms of
mentor support between regualar and irregular students. Regular and irregular students were equally seeing psihological and emotional supoort of mentor and professional development
support. So, regular students were better in evalutating mentor support in gathering professional
knowlege and skills, better professional model in mentor and were better supported from mentor
during COvid – 19 pandemic than irregular students.
CONCLUSION: Mentors part in educational class is significant because mentor is a person who
guides students on his paths of professional development. Moreover, the tutor of practice
teaching during the teaching of the student has the task to give the student all the knowledge
necessary for his development in the profession.
