The diploma thesis presents the business processes of the Organization of construction sites and construction as a complex process that needs to be carefully and in detail planned in order for the planned works to proceed without problems and be completed within the agreed time. Bridges are also an important part of the construction infrastructure. Bridges allow us to function normally in life. Over time, after their construction, they are subject to various weather influences, so they must be given special attention in terms of maintenance or reconstruction of the same. Bridges require monitoring of their condition, changes, damage and further maintenance. Maintenance of bridges is a necessary prerequisite for road safety and usefulness. Maintenance of buildings, in order to maintain compliance with the basic requirements for construction, energy performance of the building and unimpeded access and movement, is carried out through regular and extraordinary maintenance which determines that the building, or that its essential parts are in good condition (deformation, position and size cracks and fissures and other damage related to the preservation of technical properties of the building). The paper presents the most modern method of bridge imaging that has become widely used in the rehabilitation and reconstruction of buildings and monitoring the condition of the bridge over certain periods of time, and it is a method of 3D scanning using terrestrial long-range laser scanners.
