Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obrađena je tema elektrootpornog točkastog zavarivanja. Teorijski dio obrađuje postupak točkastog zavarivanja, parametre koji su bitni za sam proces zavarivanja. Navedene su i vrste elektroda te strojevi. Obrađeni su režimi zavarivanja. U eksperimentalnom dijelu, koji je proveden u poduzeću Sobočan d.o.o., praćen je proizvodni proces izrade žičane mreže. Objašnjen je proces rada na stroju za elektrootporno točkasto zavarivanje.
Abstract (english)
In this final thesis, the discussed topic is electric resistance spot welding. The theoretical part deals with the spot welding process, the parameters that are important for the welding process. The types of electrodes and machines are explained, and the welding regimes are also covered. In the experimental part, which was tested in the company „Sobočan“, the production process of making wire mesh was monitored. The working process of the electric resistance spot welding machine is explained.
