Abstract | Praćenjem utjecaja tehnologije i tehnoloških dostignuća u poslovanju, zamjetan je jak utjecaj i moć digitalnih tehnologija na kretanje zaposlenosti, na stvaranje novih mogućnosti i novih izvora prihoda. Zbog razvoja i raširenog načina korištenja digitalnih tehnologija, ujedno i rastućih etičkih izazova s kojima se organizacije sučeljavaju, sve češće se, očekivano, raspravlja o etičkim principima, organizacijskim vrijednostima i društvenoj odgovornosti, kao smjernicama prema novim digitalnim mogućnostima poslovanja i načinu njihove harmonizacije s poslovanjem. Odgovornost, transparentnost i nepristranost u prikupljanju, postupanju, korištenju i privatnosti podataka, područje je od velikog interesa organizacija i u tom smjeru pokrenutih rasprava. Novo digitalno doba donosi velike promjene u poslovanju organizacija gledano u odnosu na samo nekoliko desetljeća unatrag, a s kojima se organizacije moraju znati nositi, ukoliko žele ići u korak s vremenom i uspješno poslovati s predikcijom konkuretnosti. S druge strane, nezaobilazno je pitanje etičnosti u digitalnom poslovanju, jer naime internetski prostor otvara nevjerojatno velike mogućnosti i prilike za nedozvoljeno odnosno poslovno zakonski više ili manje regulirano djelovanje. Etičnost u poslovanju uvijek je aktualna tema oko koje se vode rasprave i nastoji razgraničiti tipski dobro od lošeg, gdje organizacije nastoje djelovati unutar određenih etičkih okvira. Danas je to dodatno otežano, jer poslovanje se odvija u digitalnom obliku bazirano na različitim računalnim paketima i programima, platformama, potpomognuto raznim gadgetima, informacije se čuvaju i pohranjuju na digitalnim platformama (oblacima), gdje postoje i veće mogućnosti njihove zlouporabe. Provedeno je i istraživanje, kojim su dobiveni rezultati u vidu primarnih podataka prikupljenih anketnim upitnikom, temeljem kojih je odrađena analiza, provedena diskusija dobivenih rezultata, te donijeti zaključci. |
Abstract (english) | By appreciating the impact of technology and technological advances in business, there is a strong influence and the power of digital technologies to move employment, to create new opportunities and new sources of income. The development and wide use of digital technologies, as well as the growing ethical challenges that organisations face, will increasingly, as expected, discuss ethical principles, organisational values and social responsibility, as guidance towards new digital business opportunities and the manner in which they are compatible with business. Accountability, transparency and impartiality in the collection, treatment, use and privacy of data, is an area of great interest to organisations and in this direction of discussion initiated. The new digital age brings great changes in the business of the organizations as compared to just a few decades back, with which organizations must be able to handle, if they want to step in time and to deal successfully with the application of concubiness. On the other hand, it is an unavoidable question of ethics in digital business, since the Internet space opens up incredibly large possibilities and opportunities for non-legal or less regulated activities. Ethical business is always the ongoing topic around which discussions are conducted and seeks to delineate the type of good from wrong, where organisations seek to operate within certain ethical frameworks. Today, this is further difficult because business takes place in digital form based on different computer packages and programs, platforms, assisted by various gadgets, information keept and stored on digital platforms (clouds), where there are even greater potential of their abuse. Research was also conducted, which obtained results in the form of primary data collected through a survey questionnaire, based on which the analysis was performed, the results were discussed, and conclusions were drawn. |
