Instant access to relevant data, regardless of time and location, has become one of the very important requirements of almost every person today. Information kiosks are the right solution for such situations due to the ability to display only important information in a simple and fast way, and can be applied in various fields and industries. The purpose of this thesis is first of all to get acquainted with the concepts of user interface and user experience, and to explore what good design principles are. Then we get acquainted with information kiosks, what they are and how they were created, what are their main characteristics, how they function, what is their main role depending on the area in which they are used, and what should we pay attention to when designing the user interface and experience of information kiosk. In the practical part of the work, the steps of creating the user interface of the information kiosk are presented, the main purpose of which is to provide useful information to students and guests of the University North in a simple and intuitive way. In addition to the practical part, a survey was conducted among the students of the University North, the main goal of which was to determine whether there is a need for an information kiosk on the university campus, and the results showed that the information kiosk would be useful for both students and guests of the University North.
