Abstract
U ovom radu je obrađena tema održivog načina poslovanja. To je način poslovanja kod kojeg su zadovoljene potrebe današnjice bez ugrožavanja potreba budućih generacija. Implementacijom koncepta poslovanja koji obuhvaća ekološke, društvene i upravljačke vrijednosti utječemo na promjene i gradimo održiv način rada. Objašnjen je povjesni razvoj koncepta održivosti, utjecaj organizacija koje su gradile i isticale vrijednosti kojima ćemo kreirati potrebne promjene. U praktičnom dijelu rada odrađen je intervju i na primjeru Zagrebačke banke je prikazan način uvođenja ESG-a u banci.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the topic of sustainable way of doing business. It is a way of doing business that meets today's needs without jeopardizing the needs of future generations. By implementing a business concept that encompasses ecological, social and governmental values, we influence changes and build a sustainable way of working. The historical development of the concept of sustainability, the influence of organizations that built and emphasized the values with which we will create the necessary changes are explained. In the practical part of the paper, an interview was conducted and the method of introducing ESG in the bank was presented using the example of Zagrebačka banka.
