The theme of my final paper is the entire process of building a family house. In this paper is described theoretical elaboration for every point of work, that is, the type of individual works that will be preformed. The beginning of the final paper starts with general dana and building organization and it is shown a component from the mayor project which contains information about the investor, designer, location, etc. The following part is a detailed technical description of the building, which is extracted from the main project which contains all the details of the building and how it functions ( its purpose,location of the building, infrastructure, area of the plot and building, access to the building, drainage, etc..). The construction technology describes the method of construction according to which the house will be constructed, the necessary mechanization and the type of materials that will be used. In order to ensure a high-quality and smart way of using the space, a scheme of the construction site was created. The scheme was created on the basis of my own knowledge that I acquired through the years of my education using the AutoCad program.The price analysis was made on the basis of items and data from the cost list. From all the data, I created a time plan that will be needed to build this family house, and this plan is also graphically presented in the form of a Gantt chart. Based on the Gantt chart, it is predicted that the construction of the family house will take 102 days to complete.
