In this final work it will be written about the concept of construction, its divisions, definition and dokumentation which is needed for getting construction permit and further. Final work start with the concept of developing of construction from the first beginning at the stone age, about materials which were used and buildings which were being build. Today this proces is more complex. The project is mentioned and described in general and divided by the subject of the project and by degree of determination. Considering that we are interested about the construction project - it is specified. It is devided by phases from conceiving, that is idea, to demolition. In each step there are mentioned projects and needed documentation for them, professional stuff and definition of each term. There are mentioned and described legal provisions related to permits, - group of buildings according to the construction law, because of different access to planning, construction and maintenance of building. Requests and documentation for the requests for every permint are described, determination of special conditions as well. The importance of the role of the administrative department for spatian planning and construction is described, and how we contribute every documentation which is needed for submitting a request related to permits. Investitor who is the main actor in this proces and hiso bligations are defined.Like this, there is definition about other construction participants – authorized designer, construction contractor and proffesional supervision. The entire final work is corroborate with example of the family house which is being built. There is description of its position, look, orientation, its content and documentation attachment that was needed for the building to be realized.
