Abstract | Bol u kralježnici danas je čest problem današnjice. Godišnja učestalost za prisutnost boli u cervikalnom i lumbalnom dijelu kralježnice kod osoba s uredskim poslovima iznosi između 42% do 69% za prisutnost boli u cervikalnom dijelu i od 31% do 51% za prisutnost boli u lumbalnom dijelu kralježnice. Bol u kralježnici jedan je od najčešćih razloga za konzultacije u primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti i prijem u hitnoj medicinskoj pomoći. Više od četvrtine radnog stanovništva u Sjedinjenim Državama prijavljuje bolove u kralježnici. Uz bol u cervikalnom dijelu, popratni simptomi mogu uključivati glavobolju, bol u lumbalnom dijelu kralježnice i depresiju. Bol u torakalnoj kralježnici je bol koja se osjeća u regiji torakalne kralježnice, proteže se od T1 do T12 i širi se preko posteriornog dijela trupa. Bol u lumbalnom dijelu kralježnice značajno utječe na radnu sposobnost osobe, dovodi do ograničenja u profesionalnim aktivnostima i glavni je uzrok izostanaka s posla. Uredski rad karakterizira njegova sjedilačka priroda, uključujući aktivnosti kao što su dugotrajno sjedenje, korištenje računala, prisustvovanje sastancima, održavanje prezentacija, čitanje dokumenata i česta uporaba elektroničkih uređaja. Ova vrsta rada može dovesti do neaktivnosti i preopterećenja mišićno-koštanog sustava. Kod same procjene boli može se koristiti anamneza, različiti upitnici, te testovi i mjerenja. Koriste se upitnici poput vizualno analogne ljestvice (VAS), engl. Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ), engl. Roland-Morris disability questionnaire (RDQ). U ovom istraživanju koristio se upitnik koji je ispitivao opće podatke poput spola i dobi, te pitanja vezana uz utjecaj boli kod uredskih poslova. Cilj ovog istraživanja je bio je napraviti procjenu boli u kralježnici kod osoba koje obavljaju uredske poslove. |
Abstract (english) | Pain in the spine is common problem in today's society. One year prevalence for people working in office for pain in cervical and lumabar part of the spine is 42% to 69% for pain in the cervical part and 31% to 51% for pain in the lumbar part of the spine. Pain in the spine is one of the most common reasons for consultation in primary health care and admission to emergency medical care. More than a quarter of the working population in the United States reports back pain. With pain in the cervical part of the spine, other symptoms that can appear are headaches, pain in the lumbar part of the spine and depression. Pain in the thoracic part is the pain that is felt in the thoracic region, and it spreads from T1 to T12, and can also reach back part of the trunk. Low back pain significantly affects persons work ability, it can also lead to restrictions in professional activities, and it is a leading cause for work absence. Work office is characterized by its sedentary nature. Including activities like prolonged sitting, using a computer, attending a meetings, holding presentations, reading documents, and common usage of electronic devices. This type of work can lead to inactivity and can overload the musculoskeletal system. Anamnesis, various questionnaires, and tests and measurements can be used for pain assessment itself. Questionnaires such as the visual analogue scale (VAS), the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ), Roland-Morri’s disability questionnaire (RDQ) are used. In this research, a questionnaire was used that examined general information such as gender and age, as well as questions related to the impact of pain in office work.
