Abstract
Akutno bubrežno zatajenje (ABZ) predstavlja ozbiljno medicinsko stanje koje se manifestira naglim padom bubrežne funkcije, rezultirajući nakupljanjem otpadnih tvari, elektrolita i tekućina u tijelu. Ovo stanje može nastati zbog različitih faktora, uključujući smanjen dotok krvi u bubrege, oštećenja unutar samih bubrega ili opstrukcije mokraćnog sustava. Zbog brzine razvoja i potencijalnih komplikacija, ABZ zahtijeva hitnu medicinsku intervenciju i intenzivnu njegu. Sestrinska skrb odnosi se na sve aktivnosti i intervencije koje medicinske sestre provode u okviru zdravstvene skrbi za bolesnike. Medicinske sestre i tehničari te aktivnosti obavljaju prema standardiziranim smjernicama i u skladu s kompetencijama koje definiraju njihov opseg rada. Važna intervencija u procesu skrbi jest svakako komunikacija, koja je temelj zdravstvene njege, procjene stanja, zbrinjavanja i edukacije pacijenata. Cilj ovog rada bio je dublje istražiti akutno bubrežno zatajenje na osnovi dostupne i relevantne literature, uključujući etiologiju, dijagnozu i liječenje. Također, u ovom radu prikazana je i sestrinska skrb te sestrinske dijagnoze kod bolesnika sa akutnim bubrežnim zatajenjem.
Abstract (english)
Acute kidney failure (AKF) is a serious medical condition characterized by a sudden decline in kidney function, resulting in the accumulation of waste products, electrolytes, and fluids in the body. This condition can arise from various factors, including reduced blood flow to the kidneys, damage within the kidneys themselves, or obstruction of the urinary tract. Due to its rapid onset and potential complications, AKF requires urgent medical intervention and intensive care. Nursing care encompasses all activities and interventions performed by nurses within the scope of patient care. Nurses and technicians carry out these activities according to standardized guidelines and within the competencies that define their scope of work. A crucial intervention in the care process is communication, which is fundamental to health care, including patient assessment, treatment, and education. The aim of this paper was to explore acute kidney failure in depth, including its etiology, diagnosis, and treatment. Additionally, this paper presents nursing care and nursing diagnoses for patients with acute kidney failure.
