Abstract Žene u sve većoj mjeri preuzimaju tradicionalno muške uloge na radnom mjestu, što dovodi do promjena u dinamikama upravljanja i vođenja. Ženski stil vođenja, koji se često opisuje kao emotivan, i prijateljski naglašava važnost međuljudskih odnosa i suradnje. Takav pristup može dovesti do poboljšanja timske kohezije i povećanja inovativnosti unutar organizacija. Unatoč napretku, žene se i dalje suočavaju s mnogim izazovima i preprekama. Diskriminacija na temelju spola, pa čak i kulturni stereotipi, i dalje utječu na njihov položaj u radnoj snazi. Problemi poput obiteljskog i seksualnog nasilja, nižih plaća i ograničenog pristupa obrazovanju i zdravstvenoj skrbi dodatno otežavaju situaciju. Značajna je potreba za boljom suradnjom između muškaraca i žena, što bi moglo rezultirati ravnotežom znanja i vještina, kao i povećanjem inovacija. Poduzeća koja aktivno promiču ovu suradnju ne samo da poboljšavaju svoju učinkovitost, već i doprinose širem društvenom razvoju. Ipak, žene se u poduzetništvu suočavaju s izazovima poput ograničenog pristupa financijskim resursima i nedostatka podrške pri razvoju poslovnih vještina. Povećanje svijesti o ovim preprekama i osnaživanje žena kroz obrazovanje i financijsku podršku ključno je za daljnji napredak prema rodnoj ravnopravnosti na tržištu rada. S obzirom na sve navedeno, važno je nastaviti raditi na promjenama koje će unaprijediti položaj žena u poslovnom svijetu, potaknuti njihovo sudjelovanje u svim sektorima i osigurati ravnopravan pristup resursima i prilikama. Prevladavanje toga zahtijevat će intervencije kreatora politika i drugih aktera u poduzetničkom ekosustavu, uključujući stvaranje mentorskih programa, kao i pružanje ciljanog financiranja i strategija podrške rastu poduzetnicama.
Abstract (english) Women are increasingly taking over traditionally male roles in the workplace, which is leading to changes in management and leadership dynamics. Often described as emotional, friendly and participative, the female leadership style emphasizes the importance of interpersonal relationships and collaboration. Such an approach can lead to improved team cohesion and increased innovation within organizations. Despite progress, women still face many challenges and obstacles. Discrimination based on sex, gender inequality and even cultural stereotypes continue to affect their position in the workforce. Problems such as domestic and sexual violence, lower wages and limited access to education and health care further complicate the situation. There is a significant need for better cooperation between men and women, which could result in a balance of knowledge and skills, as well as an increase in innovation. Companies that actively promote this cooperation not only improve their efficiency, but also contribute to wider social development. However, women in entrepreneurship face challenges such as limited access to financial resources and lack of support in developing business skills. Increasing awareness of these obstacles and empowering women through education and financial support is key to further progress towards gender equality in the labor market. Considering all the above, it is important to continue working on changes that will improve the position of women in the business world, encourage their participation in all sectors and ensure equal access to resources and opportunities. Overcoming this will require interventions by policy makers and other actors in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, including the creation of mentoring programs, as well as the provision of targeted funding and growth support strategies for female entrepreneurs.
