Abstract Tema diplomskog rada je „Neverbalna komunikacija u organizaciji“. Kroz diplomski rad
prikazani su opći pojmovi organizacije i komunikacije, zatim koji su procesi, smjerovi,
prepreke i metode/oblici komunikacije, zatim slijedi neverbalna komunikacija njena
klasifikacija ponašanja, tumačenje i istraživanje te kako je razumjeti i prenijeti, te kakva
je komunikacija u različitim kulturama. Na kraju je provedeno istraživanje na
organizacijskoj jedinici koju kroz rad nazivam „organizacijska jedinica NN“.
Kroz istraživanje se došlo do zaključka kako vrlo malo komunikacije ima u velikim
organizacijskim jedinicama, odnosno ako je ima ona se često prenosi neverbalno što
znači da se znakovima šalju poruke koje zaposlenik nije u mogućnosti iznijeti ili nema
snage izreći svoje mišljenje.
Upravo je zbog toga i tema ovog diplomskog rada „Neverbalna komunikacija u
organizaciji“ obrađena tako da se prepoznaje koji su sve načini komunikacije, zašto je
komunikacija bitna u svijetu biznisa ali i što nam znakovna komunikacija može donijeti
u svakodnevnoj rutinu te olakšati donošenje odluka.
U radu je prikazan primjer organizacijske jedinice gdje postoji nedostatak u
komunikaciji, odnosno ima ga vrlo mnogo, ali zbog toga prevladava neverbalna
komunikacija, zapravo komunikacija koja ukoliko je dobro „pročitamo“ može donijeti i
više nego je poslodavac toga svjestan.
Abstract (english) Thesis is "non-verbal communication in the organization". Through the thesis presents
the basic concepts of organization and communication, then what are the processes,
routes, obstacles and methods / forms of communication, followed by non-verbal
communication behavior of its classification, interpretation and research, and how to
understand and convey, and what kind of communication in different cultures. At the
end of the research conducted at the organizational unit that the work I call
"organizational unit NN".
Through research it was concluded that very little communication has in large
organizational units or if she has often transferred non-verbal, which means that the
characters sent the message that the employee is not able to take out or no power to
express their opinion.
This is why the theme of this diploma thesis "Non-verbal communication in the
organization" finish to recognize that all methods of communication, why
communication is important in the business world as well as our character-based
communication can bring in the daily routine and to facilitate decision-making.
This work is an example of organizational units where there is a lack of communication,
or has it very much, but because of the prevailing non-verbal communication,
communication that actually if it is good "read" may issue more than the employer is
aware of this.
