Abstract
Zadatak ovog rada je opis škripca, namjena i vrsta, kao i prikaz izrade strojnog visokopreciznog škripca, točnije, izrada baze škripca tj. postolja i montaža samog škripca. Pri izradi upoznajemo se sa potrebnim strojnim parkom, tehnološki koncipiranim za maksimalnom funkcionalnošću i efikasnošću pri izradi raznih tipova škripaca. Proces je napravljen tako da sa što manje djelatnika, radom na više CNC automatskih strojeva dobijemo što jeftiniji proizvod. Kod toga upoznajemo i primjenu alata i naprava u cilju veće produktivnosti i kvalitete.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this essay is the description of the mechanical vise, its purpose and type, as well as the production overview of the mechanical high precision vise, namely, the production of its base and its montage. This essay also describes the machines necessary for its production, which are technologically designed for maximum functionality and efficiency in the production of various types of vises. The process enables us to get the cheapest product with the smallest number of employees working on multiple CNC machines. During that process we also see the application of tools and devices needed in order to increase productivity and quality.
