Abstract Predmet ovog rada jest korporativna filantropija u hrvatskom gospodarstvu. Napravila se analiza gospodarstva u Hrvatskoj te se potom korporativna filantropija promatrala detaljno kroz pojam i vrste, dobrotvorne programe, inicijative poduzeća, zaklade, prakse doniranja te analizom europskih filantropa. Nakon toga prikazani su primjeri korporativne filantropije od Adris grupe, dm drogerije te OTP banke. Njihovi su programi, inicijative i zaklade pravi primjeri filantropskih poduzeća na koje se mnogi drugi gospodarstvenici mogu ugledati. U Hrvatskoj je filantropija tek u porastu te nema mnogo poduzeća koja doniraju. Oni koji već imaju usvojenu praksu davanja, uglavnom su veliki poduzetnici koji mogu dio profita izdvojiti za dobrobit zajednice. Na samom kraju, prikazani su rezultati provedenog istraživanja na temu filantropija u gospodarstvu, koji su popraćeni grafikonima. lstraživanje je provedeno na 34 ispitanika, odnosno poslovnih subjekata, te su se testirale dvije hipoteze: ,,Hrvatski gospodarstvenici su upoznati s pojmom korporativna filantropija i ,,Poduzetnici smatraju kako uključivanje filantropije u poslovanje poduzeća ne doprinosi uspješnom poslovanju poduzeća. Prema provedenom istraživanju, većina gospodarstvenika smatra kako u Hrvatskoj nije posvećeno dovoljno pažnje filantropiji, to ukazuje na potrebu za time. Svi oni znaju što se podrazumijeva pod tim pojmom, ali ne ulaze dublje u tematiku te stoga ne vide širu sliku i benefite koje im ona nosi. Prvi koraci bili bi održati razne edukacije i radionice na tu temu, kako bi se gospodarstvenicima prikazale sve prednosti s primjerima ostalih uspješnih filantropskih korporacija. Drugi korak jest uvođenje državnih poticaja za one gospodarstvenike koji se odluče na ulazak u DOP. Na taj bi se način mogao povećati broj društveno odgovornih poduzeća koji bi dalje širili pozitivnu komunikaciju o DOP-u te bili primjer ostalima. Rad se temelji na prikupljanju i analizi primarnih i sekundarnih izvora podataka. Primarni podaci dobiveni su anketiranjem hrvatskih gospodarstvenika, a sekundarni su dostupni u znanstvenoj stručnoj literaturi vezanoj uz društveno odgovorno poslovanje, održivi razvoj te poslovanoj etici. Tijekom izrade rada korištene su deduktivna metoda te metode dokazivanja, deskripcije, kompilacije i uzoraka.
Abstract (english) The subject of this project is corporate philanthropy in the Croatian economy. First, there is made an analysis of the economy in Croatia and then is elaborated corporate philanthropy in details through concept and types, charitable programs, initiatives of companies, foundations, practices of donation and analysis of European philanthropists. Following the theory, there are some examples of corporate philanthropy of Adris Group, dm drugstore and OTP Bank. Their programs, initiatives and foundations are real examples of philanthropic enterprise to which many other entrepreneurs can measure up. In Croatia, philanthropy is increasing, but there are not many companies that donate. Those who already have adopted the practice of giving, are mostly large enterprises who can allocate part of the profits for the benefit of the community. At the end of the project, there are the results of the study on "Philanthropy in the economy", which are accompanied by graphs. The study was conducted on 34 subjects - businesses, and it tested two hypotheses: "Croatian entrepreneurs are familiar with the concept of corporate philanthropy" and "Entrepreneurs believe that the inclusion of philanthropy in company's business does not contribute to a successful business enterprise." According to research, most economists believe that Croatia has not devoted enough attention to philanthropy, which points to the need for that. They all know what is meant by the term, but do not enter deeper into the subject matter and therefore, do not see the bigger picture and the benefits that it has. The first steps are to organize educational programs and workshops on this subject, and show entrepreneurs all the benefits with examples of successful philanthropic corporations. The second step is the introduction of state subsidies forthose entrepreneurs who decide to enter in CSR. In that way they could increase the number of socially responsible companies that will continue to spread positive communication about CSR and become an example to others. The project is based on the collection and analysis of primary and secondary sources of information.
