Abstract Poslovanje u današnjici, a misli se na uvjete suvremenoga doba, predstvalja kontinuirani izazov za svako poduzeće, neovisno o njegovoj veličini, lokaciji, djelatnosti i ostalim obilježjima. Može se reći da je opstanak na suvremenom tržištu i među kompleksnom konkurencijom svojevrsno umijeće koje zahtijeva kontinuirana ulaganja, napore i razvoj općenito. Poslovanje svakog poduzeća prvenstveno ovisi o raspoloživosti resursa i umijeću njihova korištenja. Nekada su ti resursi uglavnom predstvaljali materijalna dobra, dok u današnjici oni dobivaju širi značaj. Sljedom navedenoga, suvremeno doba postavilo je poseban nagalasak na posjedovanje kvalitetnih i pravovremenih informacija kao nematerijalnog inputa, koji ima vodeći značaj u kontekstu poslovanja, konkuriranja i razvoja poduzeća. Može se reći da današnje poslovanje obilježava "borba" ili natjecanje za takvim informacijama. U okviru navedenoga ulaganje u tehnologiju, modernizaciju i ljudski kapital postaje sve značajnije, a jednaki trend očekuje se i u budućim razdobljima. Pri tome se poseban naglasak postavlja na implementaciju i kontinuirani razvoj marketinškog informacijskog sustava. On ne predstvalja samo instrument za prikupljanje, obradu i dokumentiranje informacija, već integrira sve elemente organizacije, u smislu njezinih divizija (poslovnih jedinica), zaposlenika, ali i povezivanja s ostalim dionicima.
Abstract (english) Operations in the present, and referring to the requirements of the modern era, represents a continuous challenge for any company, regardless of size, location, activity and other characteristics. It can be said that the survival of the contemporary market and among a complex competition sort of skill that requires continuous investments, efforts and development in general. The operations of each company depends primarily on the availability of resources and the skill to use them. Once these resources are mainly represented the material goods, while in the present they are gaining wider significance. Following the above, the modern era has set a special accent on owning high-quality and timely information as intangible inputs, which has a leading character in the context of business, compete and development company. It can be said that today's business is characterized by "fight" or competition for such information. In the context of the above investment in technology, modernization and human capital is becoming increasingly important, and the same trend is expected in future periods. In doing so, special emphasis was placed on the implementation and continuous development of the marketing information system. He represents not only an instrument for the collection, processing and documenting information, but integrates all the elements of the organization, in terms of its divisions (business units), employees, and connect with other stakeholders.
