Abstract
Djelovanje poduzeća i njegova pozicija na tržištu ovisi o brojnim čimbenicima. Poduzeće djeluje u nekoj okolini u kojoj se poslovni procesi međusobno isprepliću, a dionici tih procesa ovisni su jedni o drugima. Okolinu poduzeća čini opća okolina, okolina zadataka i interna okolina. U okruženju u kojem djeluje poduzeće se susreće sa brojnim dionicima bez kojih ne bi moglo funkcionirati i opstati na tržištu. Cilj svakog poduzeća je da formira i zauzme željenu konkurentsku poziciju unutar tržišta na kojem djeluje. Za postizanje željene konkurentske pozicije poduzeće mora analizirati okolinu i konkurente te temeljem dobivenih rezultata kreirati svoju strategiju. Jedan od načina strategijske analize je analiza prema Porterovom modelu 5 sila. Prema Porteru 5 sila industrije čine konkurenti u industriji, supstituti, dobavljači, potencijalni sudionici i kupci. Prilikom ulaska na neko tržište bilo bi poželjno analizirati svaku od sila koje djeluju unutar industrije. Temeljem dobivenih podataka kreirati svoju poslovnu strategiju i pokušati ostvariti željeni rezultat. Svakako treba uzeti u obzir da poduzeće djeluje u okolini koja je podložna promjenama te da se svaka od sila i njeno djelovanje na poduzeće može promijeniti. Poduzeće treba biti fleksibilno i treba biti u stanju prilagoditi svoje poslovanje promjenama na tržištu.
Abstract (english)
Activities of enterprises and its position in the market depends on many factors. Enterprise is operating in an environment in which business processes are intertwined, and participants are depndent on each other. Enterprise environment consists of the general environment, environmental tasks and internal environment. Enterprise is facing with a number of paticiants without which the enteprise could not suvive and operate in the market. The goal of every company is to set up and take the desired competitive position within the market in which it operates. To achieve the desired competitive position of the company must analyze the environment and competition, and on the basis of the results obtained to create their strategy. One way of strategic analysis is the analysis according to Porter's model of five forces. According to Porter five forces industry consists of competitive rivalry, buyer power, threath of substitutions, supplier power, threath of new entry. When enterprise is entering in a market it would be desirable to analyze each of the Porters five forces. Based on this data enterprise should create business strategy and try to achieve the desired result. Due to the changing environment every enterprise should be flexible and able to adapt their business operations to the market requirements.
