Abstract Ovaj se završni rad na temu „Utjecaj obitelji na ponašanje u kupovini“ sastoji od
uvodnog dijela, pet poglavlja i zaključnog dijela. U uvodnom se dijelu govori o svrsi i cilju
rada te znanstvenim metodama i izvorima podataka koji su korišteni prilikom izrade samog
rada. Također, u ovom je dijelu prikazana struktura prema kojoj je rad koncipiran.
Drugo poglavlje kroz karakteristike današnjice nastoji povezati ljude i njihove načine
ponašanja kroz društvene i osobne čimbenike te psihološke procese. Kako bi se govorilo o
obiljeţjima i funkcijama obitelji, vaţno je prvo razumjeti razlike u obitelji nekad i danas koje
su opisane u trećem poglavlju.
Četvrto poglavlje ključno je za ovaj rad. U njemu se iznose promjene i trendovi
suvremenih obitelji te, zatim, opisuju karakteristike donošenja odluka unutar obitelji.
Definiraju se uloge članova u kupovnom procesu i navode situacije u kojima dolazi do
njihova neslaganja (mišljenja i preferencija). Opisani su još utjecaji supružnika i utjecaji djece
na proces kupovine.
Nadalje, u petom se poglavlju analizira anketni upitnik koji je ujedno i prilog ovog
rada. Razrađuju se pitanja, odnosno odgovori, koji su prikazani grafičkim prikazima. Šesto je
poglavlje zaključni dio prethodno razrađenog upitnika, koji je temelj za izvođenje zaključka
ovog završnog rada.
Abstract (english) This final work "The Influence of the Family on Consumers Behavior" consists of the
introductory part, five chapters and the closing part. The introductory part speaks about the
purpose and goal of the work and the scientific methods and sources of data used in the work
itself. Also, in this section is presented the structure according to which this work is
conceived.
The second chapter, through the characteristics of nowadays, stives to connect people
and their ways of behavior through social and personal factors and psychological processes.
In order to talk about the characteristics and functions of a family, it is important to first
understand the differences of family in the past and today. That is described in the third
chapter.
The fourth chapter is essential for this work. It presents changes and trends in
contemporary families, and then describes the characteristics of making decisions within the
family. Roles of members in the purchasing process and situations of disagreement (by the
opinions and preferences) are explained in this section. Also, here are described the influence
of spouses and the influence of children on the purchasing process.
Furthermore, in the fifth chapter, the questionnaire is analyzed, which is also the
contribution of this work. Answers of the questions are elaborated, which are shown in chart
formats. Sixth chapter is the concluding part of the previously elaborated questionnaire, which
is the basis for the conclusion of this final work.
