Abstract
Budućnost svakog poduzeća u uvjetima rastuće konkurencije dugoročno ovisi o ispravnoj i kontinuiranoj primjeni benchmarkinga kao sastavni dio svakodnevnog poslovanja. Ovim radom se ukazuje na osobine benchmarkinga, strategije koje se primjenjuju u analizi vanjskih i unutarnjih čimbenika te u konačnici oblikovanje optimalne strategije marketinga bitne za proces njegova implementiranja u poslovanje poduzeća. U sljedećem dijelu opisuju se pitanja kojima se susreću benchmarking provoditelji procesa u praksi kao što su problemi etike, špijuniranja i poslovne tajne, te naposljetku daje se osvrt primjene benchmarkinga u turizmu na konkretnom primjeru.
Abstract (english)
The future of every company in the growing competition environment in the long run depends on the correct and continuous application of benchmarking as an integral part of everyday business. This thesis focuses on benchmarking features, strategies applied in the analysis of external and internal factors, and ultimately the design of the optimal marketing strategy essential for the process of its implementation in business operations. The next section is based on the issues that benchmarking practitioners encounter in the process, such as problems of ethics, espionage and disclosure of business secrets, and finally on the application of benchmarking in tourism on a practical example.
