Abstract
Turistička suprastruktura jeste skup građevina, uređaja i posebno uređenih dijelova zemljišta za potrebe turizma. Turističku suprastrukturu sačinjavaju garaže i parkirališta s organiziranom naplatom, kongresni centri, dvorane, klizališta, skijališna podrška, igrališta, zabavni parkovi, kupališta, kupališna podrška, šetnice, staze, izletišta i sportsko-rekreacijski centri. Ovaj završni rad analizira teorijske spoznaje o turističkoj suprastrukturi i analizira postojeće stanje suprastrukture u hrvatskom turizmu. Temeljem provedenog istraživanja ukazuje se na važnost turističke infra i suprastrukture u Hrvatskoj, a identificirali su se i ključni problemi, te smjer razvoja kojim bi Hrvatska trebala ići kako bi se prilagodila globalnom tržištu. Analizirani primjer, hotel Lone, izvrstan je primjer dobre turističke suprastrukture, a isti je vrlo atraktivnog dizajna, pruža autentičan doživljaj i smješten u poznatoj destinaciji Rovinj.
Abstract (english)
The tourist superstructure is a set of buildings, appliances and specially designed parts of land for tourism purposes. The tourist superstructure consists of garages and parking lots with organized fees, congress centers, halls, ice rinks, ski resorts, playgrounds, amusement parks, bathing resorts, swimming pools, promenades, paths, excursion sites and sports and recreational centers. This final paper analyzes theoretical knowledge of tourist superstructure and analyzes the existing condition of superstructure in Croatian tourism. Based on the research conducted, it points to the importance of tourism infra and superstructure in Croatia, identified the key problems and the direction of development that Croatia should go to adapt to the global market. An illustrated example, Hotel Lone, is an excellent example of a good tourist superstructure, the same very attractive design located in the famous Rovinj destination.
