Numerous task management tools have been developed over the last years to make it easier for project managers and the entire team to work, control and better analyze the work done. As I have already encountered one of these systems, it was logical that I would choose the Redmine system that I used in my professional practice. It gave me the knowledge to work on the system itself, although in essence, the system is very light and easy to use by anyone. My goal was to show practically a part of the use of the Redmine system and all its options and to describe them in detail so as not to mislead the readers of the work. As for the theoretical part, the literature was used, as well as numerous scientific papers that helped me to explain and explain as easily as possible to any reader of this work. The first part presents introductory considerations concerning the work itself. The second part of this paper is devoted to the theoretical part, which deals with the basic concepts, project management methods, and tools needed to manage them. The third part only describes the types and methods of managerial management. The fourth part is devoted to the Redmine system itself, which details the system and the installation process. Also in part four, I described the detailed work on the system itself, describing all the features and details of the system on the practical part. The final part of the whole paper is presented in the fifth part. Finally, there are pops of literature, lists of online sources, lists of images, and finally a summary of this work.
