Abstract (english) Simulations gained popularity in the beggining of the 20th century. In that time, men developed the flight simulator which would teach pilots how to fly in different circumstances and lower the risk of accidents. Since then, simulations started to be used in various sectors, from military till scientific and up to educational. The fact is that simulation games, either real-life or virtual, proved to be an effective tool for developing skills. This is the opportunity that saw many companies which are today using simulations for training their management department in developing skills as communication skills and team work. The company can choose whether the simulations will be organized internally or by an outsourced agency. This decision can impact the productivity of the simulation in case the internal resource is not trained enough for leading simulations. Due to this, today virtual simulations gain more and more popularity as they are able to simulate the management activities within various sectors, as banking, hospitality, project management and other which helps training the company's employees. The companies SimulTrain adn Cesim offer a big variety of simulation games that come with platforms through which players will trac and work on their projects, manage resources and the interdependence of active projects on the market. The games differ in available scenarios and type of management they cover. Meaning, Cesim covers more markets with its simualtions such as banking, telecom and hospitality, wehereas SimulTrain focuses on the activities of an organization and therefore offers simulation of the production department, software development, department restructuring, etc. Like all simulation, these have benefits and lacks to offer, so it is up to the company to choose which type of education will suit best their business type.
