Abstract Fizička distribucija je skup aktivnosti koja omogućuje djelotvorno kretanje gotovih
proizvoda s kraja proizvodnog procesa do potrošača. Distribucija je važan dio
marketinških napora poduzeća, jer će fizička nedostupnost ili njegovo kašnjenje u
isporuci poništiti sve pozitivne efekte ostalih marketinških napora. Cilj fizičke
distribucije je svođenje troškova na minimum uz zadržavanje željene razine usluge
kupcima. Glavne su joj funkcije: obrada narudžbi, upravljanje zalihama, skladištenje,
pakiranje i transport.
Djelatnost poduzeća ima bitan utjecaj u organiziranju fizičke distribucije, kao i sama
veličina poduzeća. Uvelike se razlikuje organizacija distribucije u zavisnosti od toga
da li poduzeće ima vlastiti vozni park ili se služe sa kooperantima.
Strateški razvoj poslovanja podrazumijeva razvoj i upravljanje u cjelokupnom lancu
proizvodnje i plasiranja proizvoda, počevši od kreiranja i financiranja proizvoda, preko
planiranja, upravljanja nabavom, procesom proizvodnje, isporukom robe pa sve do
provjere poslovnih rezultata. U tom procesu upravljanje kanalima distribucije zauzima
značajno mjesto u postizanju željenih ciljeva i rezultata
Dobro prilagođen marketinški kanal ciljevima i sredstvima poslovanja važan je
čimbenik konkurentnosti i pruža učinkovitiju koordinaciju lanca vrijednosti. To može
dovesti do smanjenja troškova vrijednosnog lanca a samim time i niže cijene za
krajnje kupce
Abstract (english) Physical distribution is a set of activities that enables efficient movement of finished goods from the end of the manufacturing process to the consumer. Distribution is an important part of the marketing effort companies because the physical unavailability or its delay in delivery annul all positive effects. The goal of physical distribution is minimizing costs while maintaining the desired level of customer service. The main functions of logistics are: order processing, inventory management, warehousing, packaging and transportation. Economic activity of the company has a significant influence in the organization of physical distribution, as well as the sheer size of the company. Very different organization of distribution, depending on whether the company has its own rolling stock or to serve with subcontractors. Strategic business development involves the development and management of the entire production and marketing chain of products, starting with product creation and financing, through planning, procurement management, production process, delivery of goods, and until business results are verified.In this process, managing distribution channels plays a significant role in achieving the desired goals and results A well-tailored marketing channel to the goals and means of doing business is an important factor in competitiveness and provides more effective value chain coordination. This can lead to a cost reduction of the value chain and thus lower prices for end customers.
