Physical exercising at preschool age is of enormous importance for total development of a child and all activities that we practice with the children of that age have to be in conformity with their abilities, possibilities as well as children´s age. Taking into account that at this age muscular and bone systems develop and change, we should always consider to adjust all the activities to the momentary state, so as not to miss a positive influence of physical exercising on child. Likewise, it is also important to understand the connection between motor and nerve system development in children in order to have realistic expectations and to develop children´s abilities in their sensitive phases. Kinesiological aims that we realize with preschool age children can be divided into biotic motor insights and kinesiological game. With children we do simple, complex and more complex physical exercising as well as physical activities (walks, performances, trips, winter and summer resorts). It is very important to plan and program physical exercising for all preschool children so as to realize all the targets and to attain necessary and satisfactory results. Physical exercising is very important at preschool age and therefore we must not neglect it at any cost or make light of it because it helps the development of the whole child´s organism and directly affects forming of positive habits which follow child all life.
